do I earn rebates?

Simply
complete the fast and free registration form to
become a member of Netbates. As soon as
you have registered you can shop at any of our
hundreds of partner stores such as Target,
Avon, Sears and immediately start earning
rebates.

To
make purchases at a Netbates partner store, just
click the link of a store on one of our category
pages. Each store has a displayed
specified percentage that is refunded to you
after we receive confirmation of the order. For
example, if you shop at Dell, you will earn 2.5%
Cash Back. If your total order was $1000
then you have earned $25.00 that will be
added to your Netbates account when we receive
confirmation from Dell.

| When
will I get paid? |
|
Currently,
there is a $5 payout minimum which means any
account over this amount are settled every
month.

| How
do I shop at one of the merchants listed? |
|
The
first step is to make sure you are logged in to
the Netbates website. Then, simply choose a
category that you wish to purchase from.
Click the name of the store or any of the
coupons or special offers from the store.

can I access my Netbates account? |
|
You
can log in using your ID number and password
from the home page or click the "my
account" link in the top green bar on every
page within the Netbates website. Once you
have logged in you can review current rebate
amount, view transaction & rebates earned
from your referrals.

| How
do I update my account information? |
|
Simply
log in from any page within the Netbates
website. This page will allow you to view your
current profile and make any necessary changes
to your name, address, e-mail address, etc.
You may also update your payment request for
either in the form of a Check or via PayPal.

| Is
there anything special I need to do at a partner
store to insure I am earning my rebate? |
|
Just
confirm you are logged-in by making sure you see
the "Welcome
back member ##"
message at the top of the page. If you do
not see it or it has the wrong ID number listed,
simply log in to your account and click the
"click here to shop" link.
That's it, you do not need to do anything
special while shopping at one of our partner
stores.
Netbates
will receive a confirmation from the store that
you shopped from so there is no need to email us
confirmation of your purchases. We
however, cannot credit your account with
Netbates on phone or walk-in orders from any
Netbates store at this time.

| Can
I use special offers and coupon codes and still
earn rebates? |
|
Yes!
Make sure that you use coupons and codes that
are current by using the ones listed on
Netbates.com . Netbates is not responsible for
coupons that are expired or incorrectly redeemed
by our members. Be sure to verify that
your coupon or discount is displayed in your
shopping cart and the correct deduction has been
made. If you have any questions contact
the merchants customer service department.

| Why
doesn't my rebate show up when I'm checking out
at a one of your merchants websites? |
|
Netbates
sends you the discount AFTER we have
received confirmation of your order. It will
not appear as a discount in your shopping cart.

| How
long does it take for my rebates to show up in
my account? |
|
Netbates
updates our members rebate data on a daily
ongoing basis. However, it can take up to 30
days for Netbates to receive confirmation from
our stores since some stores may only report
sales when the order has been shipped.

| What
if I need to make a return or cancel an order? |
All
Returns are subject to the return policy of the
store partner you purchased from. If you return
or cancel an item, we will have to reverse any
discount from that sale.
|

Most
returns or as exchanges may make a discount
ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the
store cancels the old order and replaces it with
a new one. When doing this, our commission is
reversed & a new transaction is made WITHOUT
generating a commission or rebate for the
member.

To
avoid losing the discount - In future
transactions, please make sure all returns are
final and that it is not an exchange. Have the
store refund your credit card, and then re-place
the order through us to receive the discount.

I still shop at the stores listed & use
coupons if I'm not a member? |

No.
You will need to sign up to take full advantage
of our site. The registration is free and
you'll earn $2.50 just for signing up.

is Adware, Spyware or Malware and does Netbates
use any of these type of programs? |
|
Adware
is software integrated into or bundled with a program. Spyware
refers to a broad category of malicious software
designed to intercept or take partial control of a
computer's operation without the informed consent of
that machine's owner or legitimate user. Malware
is software designed to infiltrate or damage a computer
system, without the owner's consent.
Netbates DOES NOT utilize any of these methods or
